5 Inch Gauge 08 Shunter

A popular design of locomotive this one! offered with GRP body, 2 deep cycle batteries, hand held remote control,  led lights, non working sound system. (I’m unfamiliar with this wiring and couldn't make it work although it didn’t seem damaged or burnt out, could just need a little fettling to get going?).

Powered by 3 large motors, Parkside controller, manufactured by Compass house, not the most detailed model we have had but a good level of detail, robust mechanics and spares backup. Seems rather long legged running on blocks so fairly fast at full speed I would think!

Drop tests on the batteries rated them both in good condition.
